In the first episode of Developing Impactful Coaches in Canada, host Marc Dagenais sits down with Glenn Cundari, celebrated recipient of the National Coach Developer of the Year Award from the Coaching Association of Canada. Titled “Insights from Glenn Cundari: From Coaching to Coach Development,” the episode explores Glenn’s journey through coaching and coach development, sharing powerful lessons from his decades in the field.

A dedicated and accomplished coach developer, Glenn has twice served as the national head coach at the Special Olympics World Summer Games. He is also the founder of COACH+, a consultancy advancing coach development across 27 countries. His passion lies in empowering coaches to reach their potential and fostering a new generation of skilled, empathetic professionals.
