Last February 13, Adrenaline Solutions’ (AS) co-founder, Coach Noli Ayo, spoke via Zoom in a face-to-face Executive MBA Program ran by the Transilvanian Executive Education (TEE). Coach Noli spoke on the topic of Embracing Change in the Digital Age and shared how he navigated himself, his passion, and his advocacy during the COVID pandemic.
The program’s participants include close to 20 young and upcoming business and industry leaders of Romania. The Executive MBA Program is conducted by the TEE in partnership with the University of Buckingham.
Coach Noli focused his talk on how technology and the presence of digital applications helped him nurture the Mindanao Peace Games, start the company of Adrenaline Solutions, and publish the best selling book, Winning Still.
The session provided lessons and inspiration for the students of the program. It was helpful and enriching for everyone that Coach Noli came from a different country to share a different context and culture to leverage digital change.
“I’m always happy to share my experiences and my love for sports,” said Coach Noli, “I’m glad to find that our friends and students in Romania were receptive to the stories and lessons learned from the Mindanao Peace Games,Adrenaline Solutions and Winning Still. I hope that through sessions like the one we did, we make the world smaller and stronger”
